LAWS 526 - Constitutional Law II

The second-half of the required year-long Constitutional Law sequence. This class focuses on provisions of the United States Constitution that guarantee and protect individual rights against government encroachment. Among the topics covered are: equal protection, due process, freedom of speech, and freedom of religion.

Prerequisites: Constitutional Law I

Note: Rising 2Ls have registration priority. Subject to block registration, required for graduation.
